West Pointe is located north of west 10^th Street and east of 54^th Avenue. Homes in West Pointe are in the 1500 to 4000 livable square foot range. Building started in West Pointe in the early nineties with a majority of construction completed by the late two thousands. Shopping for West Point is the Regency Centers in area surrounding Highway 34 and 35th Avenue, Greeley Commons at 29th Street and 47th Avenue, the West Lake Village Shopping Center located at 35th Avenue and 20th Street and the Greeley Mall at 23rd Avenue and Highway 34. Going west on Highway 34 to interstate 25 is Loveland’s new new Promenade at Centerra shopping complex, Budweiser Events Center & The Ranch, Market Place at Centerra and the new Medical Center of the Rockies. For recreation there is the Greeley Country Club and Boomerang Links golf courses near by, including Highland Hills golf course and the many Greeley Parks and Recreation opportunities near by West Pointe.
